The writ petition was preferred for the purpose of Durga Puja Festival. However, the said festival is over and as such, the prayer at this stage so advanced by the petitioner has become infructuous. If the petitioner faces similar problem in the subsequent year or apprehends that such a problem can arise, he would be at liberty to approach this Court at the relevant point of time. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24168 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
