The applications being CAN 3 of 2024 and CAN 4 of 2024 were filed in connection with the appeals being FMA 472 of 2021 and MAT 423 of 2021, respectively for recalling the order dated 4th September, 2024 and restoration of both the appeals and their connected applications.

Heard the learned advocates representing the respective parties. Perused the averments made in the applications.

We are satisfied with the explanation provided towards the absence of the learned advocates of the appellants in Court on 4th September, 2024, when both the appeals along with their connected applications were dismissed for default.

Accordingly, both the applications being CAN 3 of 2024 and CAN 4 of 2024 are allowed.

The order dated 4th September, 2024 is recalled.

The appeals and their connected applications are restored to their respective original files and numbers. List the matter for further consideration under the same heading in the daily supplementary list of this Court on 17th February, 2025.
