The petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint dated 10th August, 2022 against the private respondent has not been enquired into by the Khargram Police Station. 2.

Having considered the petitioner's complaint, this Court is of the view that in the event Khargram Police Station has not taken cognizance of such complaint, the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under section 156(3) of the CrPC.

Hence, no order is passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
