1. At the time of hearing, Mr. Biswas prays for accommodation.

2. Prayer for accommodation is considered and rejected.

3. Heard learned advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

4. On a careful perusal of the materials as placed before this Court, including the materials as available in the case diary it reveals that there are sufficient implicating materials against the accused/petitioner in the case diary.

5. It further appears to this Court that for proper investigation of the instant case, custodial interrogation of the accused/petitioner is very much necessary.

6. With the aforementioned observation, the instant application for anticipatory bail is considered and rejected.

7. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3461 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
