1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits in June, 2022. Thereafter, trial has attained a matured stage. Date has been fixed for examination of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
