In view of the constitution of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997, under Article 323-B of the Constitution of India, this Court lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition, WPA 21624 of 2019 stands dismissed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the aforementioned Tribunal to seek redress of her grievances.
