The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was last rejected on merits on December 8, 2023. There is no significant change of circumstance since then. It also cannot be said that there is no progress in the trial. 3 out of 7 witnesses have been examined already. Therefore, the trial is progressing.

In view of the aforesaid and the prima facie incriminating evidence against the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Signed By :
