Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle involved. He refers to the police compliant alleged by the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the offending vehicle and the misappropriated articles are yet to be recovered. He submits that the police complaint submitted by the petitioner is in relation to another vehicle and that too the same was lodged subsequent to the first police complaint. The offending vehicle and the misappropriated articles are yet to be recovered.

The materials in the case diary suggest complicity of the petitioner in the incident. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (A) 5066 of 2022 is dismissed.
