Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 1 year and 8 months.

Learned advocate for the State submits that deposition of 14 witnesses have been completed and the deposition of 2 Investigating Officer are only left.

Having considered the evidence stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1829 of 2025 is dismissed.

However, the learned Trial Court would put in efforts to pronounce the verdict at the earliest.
