The report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Usthi Police Station, DDH Police District dated 17.04.2024 be kept on record.

The report filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas dated 02.04.2024 stated that in connection with Usthi Police Station Case No. 124 of 2006 dated 08.10.2006 the trial court has proceeded with the recording of the evidences i.e. C.S. No. 1 has been examined and cross-examined in full and discharged on 02.12.2022. The next date for recording of further evidence has been fixed on 30.04.2024. The trial has proceeded to considerable extent and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is disposed of. The petitioner has liberty to agitate his grievance before the trial court at the relevant point of time. The petitioner is present in Court today. His personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
