Mr. Baid, learned advocate for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), the respondent no.1 herein and the School authority jointly submit that necessary steps have already been taken by the Board ,as such the wards of the petitioners would not face any difficulty in taking Class-XII final examination to be held this year.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter, W.P.A. 23350 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
