Affidavit of service submitted by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. The petitioner seeks implementation of the warrant of arrest issued by the learned trial Court against the 5th respondent after submission of charge sheet. This Court is informed that 6th and 7th respondents are on bail. Since the warrant of arrest issued by the learned Magistrate is yet to be executed, the petitioner is at liberty to take necessary steps before the learned Magistrate for redressal of his grievance.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
