By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16th June, 2023 passed by the Revisional authority concerned under Central Sales Tax Act refusing to accept the Forms "F" in question for the relevant period and the subsequent benefit on the basis of said Forms.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition being WPA 23357 of 2023 is disposed of by setting aside the aforesaid impugned order dated 16th June, 2023 and the matter is remanded back to the revisional authority concerned to consider the relevant Forms "F" in question and if the revisional authority finds the same valid and genuine in that case it will accept the same and grant all consequential legal benefit to the

petitioner by passing a fresh order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
