An appeal preferred against the said judgment pertaining to a writ petition being WPA 12929 of 2025 preferred by Arpita Pramanik and others had already been dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 25th November, 2025.

In view thereof, the present appeal has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
