On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, it reveals that investigation has already been completed.

Admittedly, there are some incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioners who are parents in law of the deceased, but in considered view of this Court, those appears to be omnibus in nature at least prima facie.

Considering such circumstances, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners, namely, Tarun Kumar Samai @ Samui and Trishna

Semai @ Trishna Samai shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two registered sureties of Rs.5,000/-each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur with further condition that the petitioners shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

CRM (A) 3459 of 2025 is allowed.
