1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's application for transfer was approved by the Head of the Institution on 28th August, 2025 and the same is reported to be forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah but there is no response from the end of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah till date.

3. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah to consider the transfer application of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

5. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner.

6. The respondent authority shall act on the basis of the hard copy of the documents forwarded by the petitioner despite suspension of the Utsashree portal.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
