Mr. Saikat Chatterjee, learned counsel appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Bellal Shaikh, learned advocate appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

Respondent No. 6 is not represented.

The sole grievance of the petitioner is that an order was passed by the respondent No. 5 on July 19, 2021 at page 41 to the writ petition which shows that, though the hearing was concluded by the Deputy Refuge Rehabilitation Commissioner, West Bengal on the issue way back on May 27, 2015 but the petitioner has not been communicated any reasoned order by the said Deputy Refuge Rehabilitation Commissioner, West Bengal.

In view of the above, the Deputy Refuge Rehabilitation Commissioner is directed to

communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner passed on May 27, 2015 positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the reasoned order shall also be communicated to the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 simultaneously.

In the event, the reasoned order goes in favour of the petitioner, then the appropriate authorities shall give an immediate effect thereto in accordance with law but positively within a period of further four weeks from the date of communication of the reasoned order.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 24156 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
