This case pertains to 2017. By filing this application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 22nd June, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly in G.R. Case No.2029 of 2015 arising out of Arambagh Police Station Case No.987/15 dated 21st September, 2015 thereby allowing the prayer for discharge of all the non charge-sheeted accused persons.

Despite the said facts, it seems petitioner is no more interested to pursue the instant case. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let the copy of order be communicated to the learned court below for information.
