After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, it appears that, prima facie, there is evidence to show that the petitioner might be involved in dealing with stealing of motorcycles. There are incriminating materials available in the case diary. The motorcycles were seized from the residence of the petitioner. The petitioner could not establish the ownership of the motorcycles. In view thereof, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 2.
