Petitioners have filed this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the complaint case bearing No. CS - 44568 of 2017 under Sections 406/ 417/ 418/ 420/ 427/ 477A/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta. On perusal of record, I find that there is no interim order as on date. Petitioners were directed to file affidavit of service on the next date but since filing of the case no affidavit of service has been filed. Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. Connected application is also disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta for information. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
