Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner complains that though he made an application for renewal of quarry permit before the authority pursuant to an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10th December, 2014 in W.P. 31751 (W) of 2014, the quarry permit was not extended by the authority.

The order passed by the Sub-divisional Land and Land Reforms Officer, Bishnupur, Bankura on 3rd February, 2015 demonstrates that in terms of the order of this Court passed on 10th December, 2014, quarry permit was extended by the authority till 13th February, 2015, meaning thereby that the earlier order passed by this Court was duly complied with by the authority.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 21663 of 2019 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
