1. An adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the University. However, having regard to the nature of the order and in absence of any stay of operation of the said order the appeal has now become infructuous. Moreover, it appears that the Bar Council of India had withdrawn the resolution and on the basis of which the writ petitioner was allowed to participate in the B.A.LL.B Entrance Examination.

2. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
