Claiming parity with the co-accused persons, who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Bench on 11th June, 2024 in CRM(A) 1871 of 2024, a prayer for anticipatory bail is made.

2. The said prayer is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the State. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not necessary.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the present petitioner, namely, Serajul Sekh @ Sk, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court within two weeks from date and thereafter shall attend the court on each and every date failing

which, it would be open for the learned Trial Court to cancel the bail without any further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
