Let the said report be kept on record.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has been filed for quashing of the FIR and since the charge sheet has already been filed, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Since the charge sheet has been filed and the recording of evidence has been initiated, the petitioner is

agitate his grievance before the learned trial Court for remedial measures.

The instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
