1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the appellants. We have also carefully read the order under appeal. It appears that the learned Single Judge has directed the University to allow the petitioner to appear at the entrance law examination by issuing admit card to the petitioner by waiving the age bar. It appears that the Bar Council has withdrawn the said age bar at the time when the appellant applied for admit card.

2. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
