And In Re : Chayan Kundu ...... petitioner Mr. Prabir Majumdar ....for the petitioner Mr. Avishek Sinha ....for the State Apparently, the petitioner is implicated in the incident of assault as well as teasing ladies.

The police filed charge-sheet.

However, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5070 of 2022 is dismissed.
