For Union of India Mr. Arindam Paul, learned advocate appearing 04.10.2024 (Item No. 13) (AB) for the petitioner, on instruction from his client, prays for withdrawal of this writ petition and to file afresh on the self-same cause of action by impleading the necessary parties.

Mr. Soumitra Bandyopadhyay, learned State advocate is present.

Mr. Sukanta Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for Union of India appears in the matter and submits that though the Union of India is not a party to the writ petition but the copy of the writ petition has been served hence he is appearing. Since Union of India is not a party, his appearance is no more required in this writ petition. In view of the above, this writ petition W.P.A. 24183 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn and leave is granted to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action upon impleading all the necessary parties.
