The instant writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the licencing authority not to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in the year 2007. The petitioner approached this court vide WPA 22637 of 2007 for appropriate order. The said writ petition was dismissed for default on August 16, 2021(via video conference). Now, the instant writ petition was filed to renew all the matters pertaining to the earlier writ petition. It appears to me that the present petitioner had to approach the appropriate bench to recall the order of dismissal in the earlier writ petition.

Under the above observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
