And In Re : Achin Mandal @ Achen Mandal ...... petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ....for the petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ...for the State The Court is informed that the petitioner was arrested on September 28, 2023.

There subsists an order dated October 16, 2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

It is submitted at the bar that the order dated October 16, 2023 was passed without consulting the materials in the case diary and in view of the ensuing puja vacation. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, he could not apprise the Court that the petitioner was arrested on September 28, 2023 when the order dated October 16, 2023 was passed. He submits that, orders in bulk were passed on that date and that in view of the crowd in the Court, he was unable to make his submissions.

In view of the arrest of the petitioner, C.R.M. (A) 4434 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
