Mrs.Susmita Saha Dutta ... for the Union of India The writ petition is taken up for hearing when Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that due to steps taken by the Central Government to withdraw itself from the scheme and not providing the requisite fund which they are required to under the said scheme the petitioner company is in a fix. The State respondents as well as Union of India are represented by the learned advocates. Learned advocate representing the Union of India is directed to obtain instructions on the steps which can be taken in order to redress the grievances of the petitioners in view of the situation which has arisen after the decision taken by the
Central Government to withdraw itself from the scheme and not to fund the scheme.
Hearing of this writ petition stands adjourned for two weeks. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court is kept with the record. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
