We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents i.e. seizure memorandum show recovery of 2.6 kgs. of codeine mixture from the petitioner. Investigation is complete and charge has been framed. Under such circumstances and in light of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
