Mr. Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Mr. Bibek Dey, Ms. Debarati Choudhury, Mr. Sajiqul Islam, Mr. Mukesh Khanna .... For the respondent no.8 Supplementary affidavit of service filed on behalf of the respondent no.8, is taken on record.

The heading of the said supplementary affidavit of service affirmed on 21st July, 2022 has been incorrectly typed as if it is being filed by the petitioner. Learned advocate for the respondent no.8 is permitted to correct the heading of the supplementary affidavit of service.

Despite service on the advocate for the petitioner as also on the petitioner, no one appears to represent the petitioner. No adjournment is sought for. No one has also applied to join the proceedings on behalf of the petitioner through virtual mode. The petitioner was absent on 8th July, 2022 as also on 15th July, 2022 when the matter was adjourned for the petitioner's non-appearance.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition being WPA 21681 of 2019 along with the connected application is dismissed for default. The interim order, if any, in subsistence including the interim order passed on 27th November, 2019 stands vacated.
