The subject matter of the revisional application relates to quashing of the investigational proceedings relating to Durgapur Police Station Case No. 04 of 2009 dated 9th January, 2009 (corresponding to G. R. Case No. 31 of 2009). The report so submitted before this court reflects that on conclusion of investigation, the Investigating Agency/Officer filed their report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as mistake of fact. The said report was accepted by the learned court on 14.01.2010. The prayer as advanced before this court has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3446 of 2010 is disposed of.
