It is submitted that Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the State after completion of investigation of Goghat P.S. case No. 77 of 2010 dated 12th March, 2010 I.O. submitted final report in this case vide FRMF No. 199 dated 31st July, 2010. Under such circumstances the criminal revision has become infructuous and thus, disposed of.

The report submitted by Mr. Mukherjee, is taken on record. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court if circumstances so demand.

Let a copy of the order be sent to learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
