1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the proceeding in connection with C Case No. 1281 of 2022 under Sections 12/18/19/20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

2. From the record it appears that the case is pending since 2022 and any direction of expeditious disposal shall not cause prejudice to any of the parties.

3. Under such circumstances, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
