Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then. Victim has not been examined.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
