Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is seeking direction upon the respondent authorities to include the name of the petitioner's college for matrix counseling/schedule counseling and or any further counseling for the academic

year of 2024-2025 in the portal maintained by the concerned respondent authorities. Earlier, certain deficiency was pointed out by the respondent University. These were cured and a communication dated 01.08.2023 was attempted to be made before the respondent authorities, but the authorities refused to put a seal on the same by recording their receipt. In view of the same, the petitioner may be allowed to make a further communication before the University authorities pointing out the remedial measures taken by the Institute as regards the earlier objections along with copies of documents supporting the claim of correction.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that in the event the petitioner makes a representation before the University, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

The State, the respondent no.4 and the Indian Nursing Council are represented.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent University about the remedial measures taken by them along with copies of documents supporting their claims within a fortnight from this date. Within four weeks thereafter, the University authorities shall consider the representation in accordance with law and communicate the outcome to the petitioner within a week thereafter.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
