Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners and the private respondents appear to be partners in respect of the business of dealership of Indane gas. The petitioners allege that he is not being allowed to enter the office premises to participate in the business in violation of the terms of the partnership deed. The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority, which has not been acted upon.

Learned counsel for the private respondent denies and disputes the allegations made by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that complaints and counter complaints have been lodged by both the parties which have been registered as FIRs. Complaint cases have also been filed by the parties which

are pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman.

Since the petitioners allege violation of terms of the partnership deed by the private respondents, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

In the meantime, the police authority shall keep strict vigil over the area in order to ensure that no untoward incident takes place and there is no breach of peace.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
