We have considered the materials on record. Narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered from a vehicle belonging to the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
