We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the principal accused who raped the minor. Statement of the minor implicates the petitioner in the crime.

In view of gravity of the offence and the incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
