1. Report by way of affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The award passed by the Insurance Ombudsman was under challenge in the instant writ petition. The ombudsman dismissed the complaint of the petitioner without providing any relief.

3. After the writ petition was filed, the Life Insurance Corporation granted relief to the petitioner contrary to the order passed by the Ombudsman.

4. Right now, the petitioner does not have any grievance against the Life Insurance Corporation and his claim has been fully and finally settled by the Life Insurance Corporation.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
