Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are restraining him from cultivating his own land. Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the private respondents have acquired title in respect of the land in question. The dispute appears to be civil in nature.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of his grievance. However, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area in order to maintain peace and tranquility. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
