After making this observation the petitioners submit that all the petitioners are physically handicapped persons and therefore, I waive this payment of full court fees. One court fee is sufficient for physically handicapped persons.

The petitioners' certificates enclosed to this writ application are disbelievable. Therefore, this court is not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioners and the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
