1. This application has been filed to modify the order dated 9th January, 2025 wherein certain directions were issued. The applicants now seek to withdraw the writ petition since there appears to have been some amicable settlement arrived at by which the cultivation activities of the applicants will not be interfered with.

2. Under normal circumstances, such prayer cannot be entertained. But, however, considering the fact that the petitioners will be able to continue with their cultivation work, we permit the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed. The order and direction issued on 9th January, 2025 stands withdrawn and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
