At this juncture, this Court finds several facts are required to be considered which are not readily available in the writ petition and therefore, the respondents are directed to file report on affidavit disclosing all the relevant facts with supportive materials on or before August 27, 2025.

Exception in the form of affidavit thereto shall be filed by September 16, 2025.

The writ petition shall appear under the heading "For Orders" on November 11, 2025.
