And In Re : Bablu Barman @ Bablu Mondal .... petitioner Ms. Busra Khatoon ....for the petitioner Mr. Saryati Datta ...... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. 5618 numbers of buprenorphine injections were transported in a scooty driven by the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.
