The grievance of the petitioner is that the School Service Commission has not considered and disposed of her prayer for re-recommendation for transfer to a different school on medical ground.

The School Service Commission is represented by Dr. Patra.

Since the prayer for re-recommendation for transfer is pending, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent no. 3 herein, to consider and dispose of the application for rerecommendation, which has been submitted through online mode and the acknowledgement thereof is being

annexed at page 22 of the writ petition as expeditiously as possible by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.

It will be open to the said respondent to take into consideration the relevant Rules and Regulations, obtain the view of the authorities of the school where the petitioner is at present serving as well as the interest of the students of the school where the petitioner is at present posting while passing the said order.
