No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 5074 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Suti Police Station Case No. 258 of 2022 dated 10.05.2022 under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3/4/5 of the E.S. Act.

And In Re : Jamirul Sk. & Anr.

...... petitioners Mr. Jishan Iqubal Hossain ....for the petitioners Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta Mr. Nirupam Dhali ....for the State Explosives were recovered from the house belonging to the second petitioner. The son of the first petitioner was arrested.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the recovery of the explosives. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5074 of 2022 is dismissed.
