1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for restoration of the electric connection and for set aside the claim raised by the WBSEDCL for an amount of Rs. 1,43,670/-.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount of Rs. 1,43,670/- in two installments.

3. The petitioner will pay the first installment being 50% of the total amount by 26th December, 2025 and the remaining amount shall be paid within 10 days from the payment of the first installment. If the petitioner pays the first installment, i.e., 50% of the total amount to the respondent No.6 along with reconnection charges, immediately the respondent No.4 shall restore

the electric connection of the petitioner. If the petitioner fails to pay the remaining 50% of the amount within 10 days as undertaken by the petitioner, the respondent No.4 is at liberty to disconnect the electric connection of the petitioner.

4. WPA 24290 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
