In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, service of notice of the application upon the opposite parties is not necessary.

The defendants of the Title Suit No. 624 of 2021, the petitioners herein, are complaining that in spite of the direction of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the order dated February 24, 2022 for expeditious disposal of the application for injunction, there has been no progress till date though the petitioners are suffering an ad-interim order of injunction.

An application for injunction by its nature demands expeditious disposal. The 10th Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipore, District-24-Parganas (South), adhering to the directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated

February 24, 2022 shall make endeavour to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 3455 of 2024 is thus disposed without any order as to costs.
